How long does delivery take
Almost always under a minute. Some operators are slower at peak times; the order page updates by itself until it is done.
What happens if delivery fails
We retry for two hours. If it still fails we refund the full amount to the card or account you paid from, within one working day.
I sent it to the wrong number
A delivered top-up cannot be reversed. Check the number on the review step before you pay.
